Megan Ann Beers is a 23 year old, American-Canadian actress, vocalist, and writer based out of Toronto, Ontario.

Megan would describe herself as "a classic case of someone who has lived everywhere, but is from nowhere" "growing up my family lived a very nomadic lifestyle and I have been privileged enough to have lived all over the world." She was born in Chicago, Illinois, but has lived in Phoenix, Arizona, Greenville, South Carolina, St. Louis, Missouri, Atlanta, Georgia, Valencia, Spain, London, England, Tallahassee, Florida, Los Angeles, California and Toronto, Canada (where she currently resides). She believes it was the constant moving that sparked her passion for acting and storytelling, "when you are constantly moving you have to be adaptable and accept everything as it is, much like how it is when you take on a different character for a scene."

From 2013-2017 Megan attended school at Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Her first year at FSU was spent studying abroad in Valencia, Spain and London, England where she took classes with FSU's Theatre Academy London. Upon leaving the UK, she decided to focus on completing her business degree; although acting was put on hold the passion never subsided. In the Spring of 2016, Megan's father unexpectedly passed away at 50 years old which was a major turning point in her life. After experiencing something so tragic, she decided that she didn't want to waste anymore time and that her passion was for the performing arts, so upon graduation May 2017 she moved to Toronto to begin a career in acting.

The past year and a half, Megan has mostly been working in film and television, building her resume with various student films, commercials, music videos and will be starring in a pilot that shoots in the Spring of 2019. In January 2018, Megan started training at LB Acting Studio and continues to take classes and works as a classroom TA for Daniel Baumander's On Camera Class. For the future she hopes to get back to her roots and break into Canadian theatre, she is currently receiving vocal training from Susan Dunstan for musical theatre and performs covers for her youtube channel. Megan also continues to write her own material, in December 2018 she wrote and starred in a small prison scene that was featured in Casting Central's Ideal Reels Competition.
